PAYMENT

  • You can avail our services by enrolling with our website by submitting the enrolling form available on the website. While providing your details it is your duty to be careful and warrant that the details provided are true and accurate.
  • Payment mode shall be:
    • Online: Credit Cards and Debit cards;
    • PayPal
  • The Preferred method of payment is PayPal. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal merchant services. Accepted cards are: Visa / Delta / Electron / MasterCard / Eurocard / Maestro/ American Express Debit cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
  • We may refuse or unable to process your order if:
  • Your card or PayPal account does not give authorization for the payment of purchase price.
  • You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.
  • You must notify us instantly if any particulars are inappropriate. If your payment has not been accepted you will be informed of this in writing along with the reasons.
  • Placing the order simply does not mean that your order has been accepted and you have been placed on the course. We will confirm the acceptance through email.
  • If you pay for your course in instalments, we will register you with awarding body on completion of your payment (Applicable only third-party certification courses only).
  • If you are paying by instalments and your fee is not received to us until the end of the month for which the fee is due, we will charge £10 late fee fine.
  • If you fail to pay 3 monthly instalments, we reserve the right to remove you from the course. In such a case you will be able to reregister for the course for a re- registration fee of £50.
  • All outstanding fees to us must be paid before we will issue you a certificate of completion.
  • For most of the courses there is no instalment payment option available and the complete fee has to be paid at the time of enrollment.
  • We reserve the right to change awarding body we use for qualifications and will always provide an equivalent or better education.
  • We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.
  • We take user feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

LIMITED GUARANTEE

By availing our services:

  • We provide an opportunity for you to avail the offered Services from our Website;
  • We do not provide any warranty or guarantee that the Courses and/or Service descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Services offered by the Website is not as described, your sole remedy is to intimate us about Services for taking further action.
