    It is perfect. It explains all the difficult concepts in detail so that i can understand it properly for the first time in my life. It is broken down into bite size pieces so i can stay focussed and think about what he said before i go on to the next part.

I knew nothing about it and now I feel up to speed about this topic of Intermittent Fasting. I especially liked how he has defined what exactly you have to do in order to begin this process with your body. The PDF outline is really, really helpful.
